Description:
Supply, manufacture and assembly of 13 ASTM A304/304L stainless steel tanks with capacity between 6m3 and 16m3 of sanitary design with thermal exchange and insulation. These tanks are part of the line process of inulin evaporation and drying, according to the specifications given by GEA Niro, the world leader in Spray drying technology. Two spray-drying chambers of 16 meters in diameter and 19 meters in height were mounted. The same was done with 4 silos of 100m3 for the final product in the form of granulated powder, including anti-explosion protection systems according to the applicable regulations, under the supervision of GEA Colby Australia. Duct network installation, plant process and services piping, as well as dozens of pumps, heat exchangers, valves and specialized equipment. At the peak of the project, TPI allocated more than 150 skilled and specialized workers to the task. This project was part of the first industrial production plant of Inulin and oligo-polysaccharides derivatives in Chile.
