Quality, environment, safety and occupational health is a philosophy at TPI; it covers from detail engineering, manufacturing, assembly and supply of products and services to the complete management of the company, through reporting systems, constant monitoring, culture and work routines.

TPI maintains an Integrated Management System which is certified under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards, granted by TÜV Rheinland.

Our Integrated Management System provides us with the necessary tools in terms of quality, environment, safety and occupational health for all levels of the organization and its processes, always working to achieve continuous improvement inside and outside the company.
 

Quality control

Our Quality Control Management has different highly qualified professionals for the different areas in which TPI works. Quality is a critical element of all activities carried out in the company, appearing in the inspection of supplies, in the development and completion of the manufacture and assembly, as well as the use of different processes for quality control with tools such as inspection and testing plans, instruments calibrated through INN certified bodies, ensuring traceability and dimensional control of each process, to ensure quality to the last detail of each project.

Competent personnel qualified in SNT-TC-1A, levels I, II and external personnel level III, to perform tests by:

• Penetrating liquids
• Leak tests
• Visual Welding Inspection
• Positive Materials Identification (PMI)
• Inspection of Materials from the Origin
