Certifications and memberships

At TPI we are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations with high quality services and products. We have internationally valid standards in each of the stages of manufacturing products and equipment in stainless steel, titanium, special alloys, carbon steel and others.

 

ASME Certification

TPI is certified according to ASME BPVC Section I, Section VIII, division 1 and 2 certified by “U” and “U2” stamps. This code regulates the design, manufacture and testing of pressure vessel construction. In addition, TPI is certified with “S” stamping for the manufacture and testing of pressure vessel construction.

 

NIBC Certification – pressure vessel repair

“The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessels Inspectors (NIBC) certified TPI to code NB-23 to perform repairs and modifications to ponds without losing its ASME certification.

The NBIC code was published as a guide for chief inspectors and is recognized as a worldwide standard for the installation, inspection, and repair or modification of boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure relief devices. The NBIC’s mission is to dictate concrete actions and uniform policies for the inspection, repair and modification of pressure vessels, always respecting the original design.
 

ISO Certification

We are certified in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Which give us the guidelines to maintain the integrated management system of TPI, which interacts with all processes, documents and responsibilities, the purpose is to achieve the objectives and policies in different areas led by the Senior Management based on the principles of management:

Factory Certification

Certification granted by STI for the Manufacture, repair and modification of steel tanks for the storage of liquid fuels, in accordance with Protocols SEC PC-103/1-94; SEC PC-111/96; SEC PC-111/2-2010; Standards UL-58 Editions 1986 and 1990; UL-142 Editions 1987 and 1993 and BS 2594:1975. API STO 650 “Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage” 1 O th Edition November 1998; Addendum 1 March 2000.
