At TPI, we are experts in the manufacturing of pressure tanks for the production of sparkling wine with charmat method. In addition to being experts in the manufacturing of tanks in general, in TPI we have received ASME U stamp, which certifies us specifically for the manufacturing of autoclave tanks, which is an essential requirement to manufacture pressure tanks. This ultimately benefits customers when receiving efficient and safe tanks.

TPI autoclave tanks are manufactured with AISI 304L and 316L stainless steel and have high quality fitting, accessories and gateways. For all our tanks we perform a thickness calculation according to ASME VIII Div.1, and we also add a finite element model that represents the geometry of the tank in the best possible way to comply with the Chilean seismic regulation, Nch 2369 of. 2003.
